The 1st Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos de Bogotá (Colombia), which can be translated as International Human Rights Film Festival of Bogotá, has nominated the political fiction short film You Are A Terrorist, directed by Antoni Solé, for its first edition which is starting today, 4th December.

You Are A Terrorist by Antoni Solé is going to compete in the International Short Film Competition of the Official Selection of this 1st Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos de Bogotá and has been programmed as part of the section called "Privacy Protection and Offences Against Reputation rotection" (Protección a la Privacidad y Protección de Ataques a su Reputación).“You Are A Terrorist” by Antoni Solé at the Festival de Cine por los Derechos Humanos de Bogotá (Colombia)

The short You Are A Terrorist is going to be exhibited three times and it is going to be shown at three out of eight venues of this festival. The first screening is going to take place on Thursday 5th December at 15:00 hours at the Auditorio Cade Fontibón of Bogotá. The short is going to be shown again on Friday 6th December at 15:00 hours at the Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario de Usaquén, also in Bogotá. The last screening of You Are A Terrorist is scheduled on Saturday 7th December at 15:00 hours at the Auditorio Cade de Patio Bonito in the capital of Colombia.

Thye International Short Film Competition includes 20 films: Hija de puta by Alexandra Bas (Venezuela), Androginia by Daniel Matesanz (Spain), La mano de dios by Adolf El Assal (Luxembourg), I Love Her by Darya Perelay (Ukraine), El niño invisible by Murilo Deolino, Uiran Paranhos & Danilo Umbelino (Brazil), Secretos conocidos by James Joint (Honduras), Gorila baila by Eugenio Canevari (Argentina / Spain), Migalhas by Gilson Mendes Junior (Brazil), Monsters Do Not Exist by Paul Urkijo (Spain), Memento mori by Daniela Wayllace (Bolivia / Belgium), Abril by Víctor Palacios (Argentina), El robo de la novia by Miguel Ángel Sánchez Macías (Mexico), Forbici by Maria di Razza (Italy), Only Fair by Peter Rautek (Austria), Damaged Goods by Harm Weistra (Netherlands), Aquel que no era yo by Esteban Crespo (Spain), .Sub by Jossie Malis Álvarez (Spain), You Are A Terrorist by Antoni Solé (Spain), Santísima Trinidad by José Luis Soto Ruvalcaba (Mexico / Spain), and Copenhague by Luis María Ferrández (Spain).

The Official Selection of this Colombian festival consists of 67 films coming from 30 countries and divided into 5 competitions: International Short Film Competition (20 shorts), International Documentary Film Competition (21 documentaries), Colombian Short Film Competition (6 shorts), Colombian Documentary Film Competition (19 documentaries), and a special category Documentaries Made In Bogotá. This first edition of the Festival de Cine por los Derechos Humanos de Bogotá received 375 submissions.

The closing gala of the 1st Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos de Bogotá is scheduled on Tuesday 10th December, the International Human Rights Day. The ceremony is going to take place at 16:00 hours at the Teatro Municipal Jorge Eliécer Gaitán of Bogotá.
