The End of the World Competes At Formula Mundi Filmfest

The short film by Chris Downs titled The End of the World has been selected for competing at the Formula Mundi Filmfest 2012, which is going to take place tomorrow, June 12th, in Cairo (Egypt).

The Formula Mundi Filmfest 2012 (Cairo, Egypt) is going to take place tomorrow, June 12th, and it has as one of the finalist shorts the story The End of the World, directed by Chris Downs. This short film has got over the successive selections until reaching the final of tomorrow.

Tomorrow the screenings of all finalist short films, including The End of the World, are going to place place at the Daad Center of Zamalek (Cairo). Screenings are going to start at 14:00 and will finish at 21:30. During this event it is going to take place the awards ceremony as well. It is going to began at 20:00.

In total, 208 films from 45 countries have been participating at this year's festival. Never the less, only 29 short films, among them The End of the World by Chris Downs, have got to the final.
